Pricey, but they were able to figure out my issue and solve it. They estimated that it would take about 2 hours or more, but they finished it in about an hour after I showed up, even when they were busy and the place was packed.
I had a very pleasant experience. My sales rep, Genesis was friendly and a great salesperson. She helped me get the exact car I wanted. My financial rep, Jose, was knowledgeable and explained things well and wasn't pushy with add ons. He explained and allowed me time to make up my own mind.
A little pricey, but you get what you pay for. Excellent service done right the first time.
The online booking was easy and simple and the communication leading up to my appointment was excellent. Once I got to the service center it seemed like no one wanted to be there and work. Rich seemed annoyed when I asked to contact my extended warranty company and seemed to only care about how long it will take which I replied I have all day. Will not be returning.
