Walked into the dealership not sure what to expect as we were inquiring about an unbelievable special we saw on the dealers outdoor sign. When we were approached by Ryann he was very pleasant and helpful. Showed us the vehicle and described the deal to us. The sales process went very smoothly no back and forth. He answered all our questions and concerns. We were very pleased with how smooth everything went. My only negative was how long the waiting for financing was. Other than that we had a very enjoyable experience.

I was returning my vehicle for a oil after having 15k service, noticed oil in my driveway. After opening the hood I noticed fryer wires on top next to a junction box next to the passenger fire wall. When I arrived at service department by Rafael, I informed him not only of the oil leak and frayed wires, I showed him pictures of the oil spill in the driveway. I also had pictures the the frayed wires. We opened the hood, before bending towards the firewall with no lighting, Rafael pronounced, I must a rodent problem. I was totally taken ...

I came in for an issue. They said they diagnosed the issue. They did the repair, I paid, but the issue was still there when I drove the car home. I tried reaching out twice but got no response back.

Good/awesome service but frustrated that Nissan will not just check fuses unless there's an issue. I would like to be proactive and not reactive on car service. Sad to say I will find a different mechanic that will cover that on a basic maintenance check. Also I remember when I bought my car there, there were bottles of water for free, there were snacks.
