My salesperson was named Genesis. She was amazing to work with. I reached out first because I was interested in the lease special going on for the Leaf. With help from my brother. The sale was managed 3 way over texting and Genesis was very efficient, patient and knowledgeable with my questions and concerns. When we met last Saturday to sign paperwork and get my car, she was just as amazing in person. She made my experience very positive and enjoyable.

The service went smoothly but I did not get the $20 discount I was promised in my email if I scheduled an appointment online which I did. I tried to show Anthony the email when he was checking me in, but he said he didn't need it as he knew what I was talking about and he would take care of it but that never happened. Tynan’s Nissan did a fabulous job with my tire that had a bolt in it. Patched perfectly and then washed my car thoroughly!! Big kiddos to Luke Clearwater for everything he did to make this happen. He is wonderful to work with every time I need service!
Took my car in for an oil change and brake fluid change. Tynan's outstanding service center & staff is why I keep coming back. Luke always takes the time to answer my questions. Service is quick and finished off with a carwash.
Took my vehicle in for an oil change. Had me in and out in an hour. Arrived 15 minutes before they opened in the middle of the week, and was third in line. I like that I’m able to track the status of my service through a customer portal. I can also review/approve/deny any additional items that come up during their inspection. I’ve been a customer for over 10 years, and will continue to go back to Tynan’s as long as I have my vehicle.
I wanted to share my experience so others can be careful during the leasing process.
The finance process was more stressful and awkward than expected. Initially, we were given a quote for a 24-month lease at around $315 per month. After I approved them to run my credit, they came back with a different quote of about $400 per month and said there had been a mistake on their end, though they could not clearly explain what happened.

As usual Adnan took care of all our needs for our Rock Creek Pathfinder. Oil change, rear brakes and washed the car in about two hours. 10 out of 10 for Adnan and the whole team at Tynans.
I had my Leaf in for the Level 3 charging recall, which went smoothly. As always, a comprehensive check of the car was also done. Mohammed was great to work with, keeping me well informed.
Easy to do business with, straight forward and fair. Answered all questions and no pressure.
They have always taken care of my cars since 1990, staff and service always wonderful Rich is always helpful and on top of what my car needs and doesn't need, so much appreciate him.

Mohamad was very transparent and even caught an issue in the previous estimate where I was over-quoted on labor. He made sure to lower it so it was accurate. I was offered a much needed rental car for the day and that allowed me to meet other commitments I had.

Rich was very helpful and friendly and knowledgeable & professional. But most of the Staffs in the Service Department & in the Dealers, they didn't seem very friendly & professional at all. Nobody even greeted us every single time walked into the Service Department while we're in line waiting 15-30 minutes.
Taher Fares was very helpful & friendly & professional, we're very please with his courtesy and service. Dealer and other Staffs were not friendly.

I had an excellent experience with Tynan’s Nissan Aurora. They fixed my flat tire quickly and ensured I was back on the road safely.
I took my car in for a routine oil change, and as usual there were other issues with my car brought to my attention. One thing I am a bit peeved about is my windshield wiper fluid was found to be "leaking" and it was labeled as a critical issue. $180 was required to diagnose the issue. Then I was told by Mohammed that the issue was, when the fluid container was filled to a certain point, it was leaking. And the diagnosis was there was an "o ring" that needed to be replaced. I quickly gained confidence in Luke. He explained in layman terms what the problem is, what needs to be done, and the consequences of not doing the work.

I initially went in to try and find a car to replace my Ariya as my lease was up. None of the options presented really worked for me. This service center is very convenient as I can drop off my car and walk home and then back again to pick it up when the work has been completed. I like the convenience of the texted repair estimates and easy to approve or decline each line item, yet still be able to reach out to the service advisor for anything that requires further explanation. I also appreciate (when applicable) the photographs of what needs to be repaired that are attached to the estimate. I appreciate the low-pressure approach to having my car serviced/repaired.
