I wanted to share my experience so others can be careful during the leasing process. The finance process was more stressful and awkward than expected. Initially, we were given a quote for a 24-month lease at around $315 per month. After I approved them to run my credit, they came back with a different quote of about $400 per month and said there had been a mistake on their end, though they could not clearly explain what happened. I had specifically asked for a 24-month lease, but later found out they had run the numbers for a 36-month lease instead. Because they had to call and modify things again, I ultimately ended up accepting the 36-month lease, even though that was not what I originally requested. When signing the documents, I also had to ask them to review the contract three separate times because not all of the discounts listed on the website were included. I was told things like it was related to the money factor or that all the discounts were already there, but after reviewing the numbers carefully, they were not. Overall, I appreciate that the deal was eventually completed, but I would strongly recommend that customers review every number carefully, confirm the lease term, verify that all advertised discounts are included, and do their own math before signing.

As usual Adnan took care of all our needs for our Rock Creek Pathfinder. Oil change, rear brakes and washed the car in about two hours. 10 out of 10 for Adnan and the whole team at Tynans.

Mohamad was very transparent and even caught an issue in the previous estimate where I was over-quoted on labor. He made sure to lower it so it was accurate. I was offered a much needed rental car for the day and that allowed me to meet other commitments I had.

Rich was very helpful and friendly and knowledgeable & professional. But most of the Staffs in the Service Department & in the Dealers, they didn't seem very friendly & professional at all. Nobody even greeted us every single time walked into the Service Department while we're in line waiting 15-30 minutes.
