"Great Service"

I just wanted to say Thank You for your great services yesterday. Being that I work in the Customer Service Field, I greatly appreciated your help before, during and after services were done on my vehicle. This was my first time working with your company, and was very happy with the results. Your staff was also very helpful when I came in last night at closing to pick up my vehicle...Dena...was very kind and patient while helping to get me checked out, helping me with my rental car which I left overnight at your location, and getting a tech to bring my vehicle out to me. I experience great customer care and will continue to work with you in regards to my Nissan Xterra...I believe that great customer care/service should be acknowledged/rewarded.

Ed Mishler - In my 40 years of buying automobiles, Tynan's is the best place I have found to buy a car. Everyone of the salesmen made us feel right at home. Blake Hott, who was our salesman, did a superb job. He made my wife and I feel like the three of us had been friends for years. I cannot compliment him enough - he is the BEST!

 

Sandi Mishler - We recently purchased a 2009 Altima for our daughter from your dealership. We have worked with many dealerships in the Denver metro area, but Tynan's has to be at the top of the list in both customer satisfaction and customer gratification. Every person we have worked with has been wonderful and has gone way over the top to make us happy. Blake Hott sold the car to us. A few weeks had passed when we noticed a small "flaw" on the back bumper. When I called to tell him about it, he set up an appointment to "make it right." We also asked about getting a clear bra put on the car, and here again Blake followed through. It's customer service like this that will have us refer our friends, neighbors, aunts, uncles, cousins, nephews, nieces, grandmas, grandpas, sisters, brothers, in-laws and out-laws to Tynans. "High Degree of Professionalism"

I want to thank you...for your assistance the last couple weeks with my 2005 Pathfinder SE. the repairs were done quickly, as promised, and with a high degree of professionalism. Mark was also very helpful and pleasant to deal with. Your efforts to get the repairs done under goodwill are very much appreciated, and I was happy to pay for Mark's recommended maintenance items. "Very Pleasant Experience "

This Saturday I purchased a 2008 Nissan Xterra and I wanted to let you know that the buying process at Tynan's was a very pleasant experience for me.

I submitted a price quote via the internet to the Tynan's Internet Sales Group and was notified with the pricing very quickly. Lambert was very responsive and provided detailed information on his email responses to me.

I arrived at the dealership on Saturday afternoon to take a test drive and was greeted by Lambert and Ryan promptly. Ryan took me for the test drive on the Xterra and he was very knowledgeable about the Xterra features, and the Nissan product line. He had a very positive attitude and was really easy to get along with.

After the purchase of the vehicle I was greeted by Jim, who was very thorough with explaining all the features of the Xterra. He gave me a lot of useful information about the SUV, and really took the time to explain everything in a very patient manner.

 

I also appreciated receiving a follow up email from Lambert, and a voice message from Jim on Monday morning. 

I feel the sales staff I worked with, and the low pressure attitude, made it an easy decision for me to purchase an Xterra at Tynan's.
