The refreshed Nissan Maxima changes the minds of skeptical auto journalists!

The 2019 Nissan Maxima arrived at our Aurora CO dealership with a mid-cycle refresh, and we love the updates! That said, we know not everyone out there is going to be an instant fan like us. A few writers and testers from Automobile Magazine went to a press release and drive event for the Nissan Maxima back in December, and they admittedly weren't expecting much; you cannot win them all...or can you? Luckily, they were singing a new tune after a few hours behind the Maxima's wheel!

If you've also been on the fence about the full-size Nissan Maxima, we think these updates you can have as you drive around Denver and Centennial will help change your mind and inspire you to come in from Highlands Ranch to go on a test drive.

Starting on the outside, designers updated these features on the Nissan Maxima so you can stand out even more in Littleton CO in this already eye-catching model.

  • There's new smoke-y detailing on the taillights
  • They updated the grille and made the V sharper and deeper
  • They also gave more contouring to the fenders, making them look more aggressive.

On the inside, the dash layout is still the same, and the journalists said that wasn't a bad thing, as the features were easy to reach and use. One of the biggest changes occurs for anyone who wants to buy or lease a Nissan Maxima Platinum trim and add on the Platinum Reserve Package. With this upgrade you'll get Raduka Tan leather seats, and before you could only get this premium leather if you had the need-for-speed, a near six-figure budget, and a desire to buy a Nissan GT-R supercar!

The mid-cycle Maxima refresh brings aboard a few tech updates too. There's a new navigation system, updated USB ports for charging flexibility, and a few other advanced safety technologies. We also think you'll like the available traffic sign recognition system that makes sure you never forget what the speed limit is.

If you're eager to check out the redesigned Nissan Maxima, stop into our dealership this week for a test drive!
